As a Product Marketing Intern, I worked across research, messaging, and go-to-market execution in close collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional teams. I conducted qualitative research to understand practitioner pain points, which informed a repositioning of the product and contributed to a 20% increase in customer satisfaction.
My work focused on translating technical features into clear, empathetic language across website copy, sales materials, and campaigns. When initial messaging underperformed, I supported direct, in-person outreach to clinics and iterated on materials based on real feedback, helping drive a 15% increase in trial sign-ups and a 30% improvement in reporting accuracy.
